If you do clean your floor tile use a white nylon scrub pad and a powdered cleanser. However you may be able to repair the damage sometimes. In some cases scratched tiles have to be replaced. Floor tile maintenance is important if you hope to keep your floor in good shape.

1 combine 2 gallons of warm water with 1 4 cup liquid castile soap in a bucket. Allow the car wax to dry and adhere to the tile. Seal the scratched area off by applying a layer of car wax to the surface of the tile with another soft clean cloth. If the tile looks dull as a result you should skip this step.

Brass polisher toothpaste or vinegar. The dullness means your glaze is too soft. If the scratches aren t too deep buffing the tile with a gentle abrasive is usually enough to get rid of them. After this treatment the scratch itself should be nearly invisible.
